This is our opportunity to get to know each other better. We will ask you questions about your problems, your aspirations and hopefully remove any anxiety you may have about using a financial adviser, this will also explain how we are remunerated, whether it is commission, fees, or a combination of both.

Research

Once we know what you are looking for, we will search the whole of the financial market for the best products, funds or Tax planning tools to fulfil our obligation to give you the best advice we possibly can.

Second Meeting

At this meeting we will provide you with our finding and recommendations. We will explain in simple plain English what the plans, how much they cost, what they will do for you and lastly how they will solve your financial problems.

Recommendations

Once you have fully understood and accepted our recommendations we will provide you with personalised key features documents, product brochures and research information which endorses our recommendations. If you are happy to proceed we will complete the necessary paperwork and get the process moving.

Post Advice Services

It is vitally important to the success of our advice that regular monitoring of the progress of your plans and the performance of your investments be regularly checked. We like to see our clients at least once a year and more often if required. Our philosophy is that in order to maintain a solid adviser-client relationship, communication is fundamental.

Our New business stream is vitally important to the financial growth and security of the company, as such we welcome our client’s help in meeting like minded people who would find our services beneficial. It is a fact that a large part of our business comes from referrals from existing clients.
